The True Sons of Liberty Bill of Demands
July 27, 1774 / July 27, 2007 (Updated: November 11, 2007)
Whereas, We the People, having a Bill of Rights, being greatly concerned by the actions of
the President and both Houses of Congress, asserting our rights as defined in the Declaration of
Independence and protected by the Constitution of the United States, do hereby present this Bill
of Demands. Heed the advice of the American people you represent or your successor will.
True Sons of Liberty do not sell out their country to big business, special interests, and / or
foreign governments. Traitors and cowards do. This Bill of Demands is a Constitutional redress
of grievances. The Constitution will NOT be ignored. These demands are not negotiable.
President Ronald Reagan said, “Don’t be afraid to see what you see.”
The Gipper also said:
“To sit back hoping that someday, some way, someone will make things
right is to go on feeding the crocodile, hoping he will eat you last - but eat you he will.”
I
Resolved, We demand that Congress and the President stop the largest unarmed invasion in the
history of the world and secure our borders immediately in compliance with their Constitutional
mandates, to which they are already sworn. Specifically, Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S.
Constitution states:
”The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a Republican form of
government, and shall protect each of them against invasion.” - Article IV, Section 4
Note: Any Senator or Congressman failing to acknowledge the simple truth and language of
Article IV, Section 4 should be removed from office for incompetence or dereliction of duty at
the earliest electoral opportunity (elections in 2008).
II
Resolved, We the People demand that Congress abandon its efforts to revive the
unconstitutional Fairness Doctrine. If the American people are turning a deaf ear to extreme or
arbitrary rhetoric, and it cannot sustain itself through popular support, then the free market has
spoken. Congress and the President have no right to restrict the freedom of speech, period.
Senators who are trying to sell this big lie as ‘fairness’ should also look at the mainstream
media’s 90% slant to the left on television and in the newspapers. Keep your hands off the 1st
Amendment. Only tyranny benefits from suppressing liberty. You swore to God you’d uphold
the Constitution. DO IT, period!
III
Resolved, We the People demand the Congress take action to halt the unconstitutional efforts of the President and factions in the House and Senate to create a North American Union, that they refrain from attempting to accelerate a policy which the American people overwhelmingly denounce as unconstitutional, and that they withdraw from the North American Free Trade Agreement, which is anything but fair to the American worker.
IV
Resolved, We the People demand that members of Congress uphold their oaths of office by
putting the U.S. Constitution and the best interests of the American people first and foremost in
every decision they make on our behalf, and that they cease and desist from backroom deals, and
treasonous associations with special, and/or foreign interests.
V
Resolved, We the People demand an immediate investigation into the NEA (National Education
Association), AFT (American Federation of Teachers), CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations), the
Roman Catholic Church, LULAC (League of United Latin American Citizens), ACLU (American Civil
Liberties Union) , and NCLR (the National Council of La Raza – “The Race”), as enemies, foreign and
domestic of the Constitution and U.S. sovereignty. Any organization that encourages the
violation of our laws, or applies pressure on Congress and state and local government to refrain
from upholding and enforcing the rule of law is obviously an enemy of the state, and should be
disbanded, and criminal charges filed as applicable.
VI
Resolved, We the People demand the U.S. immediately enact legislation (specifically H.B
1940) to clarify the 14th amendment as to its true intent.
H.B. 1940 excerpt: Acknowledging the right of birthright citizenship established by
section 1 of the 14th amendment to the Constitution, a person born in the United
States shall be considered `subject to the jurisdiction' of the United States for
purposes of subsection (a)(1) if the person is born in the United States of parents,
one of whom is--
`(1) a citizen or national of the United States;
`(2) an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United
States whose residence is in the United States; or `(3) an alien performing
active service in the armed forces (as defined in section 101 of title 10,
United States Code).'.
VII
Resolved, We the People demand that Homeland Security and specifically, ICE, enforce all
deportation orders in-hand for illegal alien invaders, and that the criminal alien Elvira Arellano,
who was holed up in a makeshift church in Chicago be permanently banned from ever entering
the U.S.A. (even if she is named as an Ambassador for Mexico). The separation of church and state does
not grant the church, or its members, the right to usurp U.S. law or the U.S. Constitution. The
leadership of the Church in which she resided must be prosecuted for aiding and abetting a
convicted felon.
VIII
Resolved, We the People demand an investigation into the Bush Administration and its
unconstitutional uses of the offices of the Secretary of Homeland Security, Justice Department,
and Department of Commerce to enter into treaties and agreements with other countries, (a
process reserved for Congress), and that the American drafters of the Security and Prosperity
Partnership be investigated for acts of treason against the American people, the Constitution, and
the sovereignty of the United States of America in their ongoing efforts to create a North
American Union. The NAU would undermine the rights of “We the People,” and everything this
country has stood for over the past 231 years. The publicly-financed North American Union
rantings of Dr. Robert Pastor should be investigated for acts of subversion and treason against
the Constitution and the sovereignty of the United States, with a total disregard for preserving
this Union for posterity. The President should withdraw from any SPP meetings with the heads
of Canada and Mexico. The Constitution does not grant the President the authority to do what he
is doing.
Be it Further Resolved, We the People demand the Law of the Sea Treaty (L.O.S.T.) be voted
down by the Senate as it would eliminate all visage of Sovereignty remaining.
IX
Resolved,
We the People demand that Senators recognize the fact that what is in the best interest of illegal alien invaders is NOT in the best interest of the American people, and that Senator Durbin and others abandon the Dream Act, which is a nightmare for American children, granting rights to illegal alien foreign nationals that American citizens do not enjoy.
Be it Further Resolved, We the People demand all election ballots be available in English only
(paper and electronic), cancellation of Executive Orders 13166 and 12803, removal of ESL
(English as second language) courses from all facets of taxpayer funded education, and that all
governmental business be conducted in English, only. We are one nation, under God, under one
flag, with one common language, and one allegiance. Executive Order 12803 personifies
Benjamin Franklin’s warning about the destruction of a great empire being as simple to destroy
as a great cake, “at the edges.” 12803 puts sovereign common property of the people of the
United States up for sale to the highest bidder. Generations of Americans to come deserve to not
have their nation’s infrastructure sold out from under them.
X
Resolved, We the People demand that all federal funding be withheld from states and
municipalities that aid and abet the invasion of the United States by providing ‘sanctuary’ to
illegal aliens in any form, and that the tax-exempt status be removed from churches and other
non-profits that aid and abet the illegal alien invasion of the United States in direct defiance of
federal law.
Drafter of the Declaration of Independence, President Thomas Jefferson said, “I know of no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people
themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a
wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them but to inform their
discretion.” – Thomas Jefferson
Resolved lastly, in commemoration and tribute, on this 233rd anniversary of the true birth of a
nation, revisit the words of True Sons of Liberty, who launched the American Revolution two
hundred thirty three years ago with these words,“That Every Man, Woman, and Child, who doth not agree with our Sentiments, whether
he, she, or they, understand them or not, is an Enemy to his Country, wheresoever he was
born, and a Jacobite in Principle, whatever he may think of it, and that he ought at least to
be tarred and feathered, if not hanged, drawn and quartered; all Statutes, Laws and
Ordinances whatsoever to the contrary not withstanding.”
On this 11th day of November, in the 2007th year of our Lord, By Consensus of We the People!
In tribute to Ebenezer Snuffle, defender of freedom, and true son of liberty.
Signed: ___________________________________________________ Date: _______________
God Bless America.
